I worked at Heineken full-time (more than 5 years)

Diverse work culture, good location, beer allowance, good work experience, fun events

HIGH COMPANY TURNOVER, I MEAN HIGH!!!! Upper management could care less, why, because they are all expats, so they hit gold (they get everything paid for, I mean everything), where as if you are a local you are considered a second class citizen. If the expats (Dutch) don't get what they want they cry like a bunch of babies. Constant backstabbing, talking behind peoples backs, a.. kissing to get ahead, (and maybe more) IT Infrastructure is like being on an episode of the Flinstones. I know this sort of behavior may happen in most companies, but let me tell you I HAVE NEVER, experienced anything so negative as this one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I won't even bother because they don't care!
