    Pros

Culture, great people, fun environment. Work hard, play hard. The people are hardworking and there's little room for slacking off. With that being said, there are big expectations for little pay/hope in a future at this agency.

    Cons

Not enough pay. Managers say they want you to grow but rarely get past the few people who make the decisions. Poor pay, terrible raises. Overworked and under noticed more often than not. Not a 9-5, and not enjoyable enough or paid enough to work longer hours

    Advice to Management

The retention rates at this company are terrible. Great talent comes in and out without a blink of an eye. You should learn to retain talent.
