    I have been working at Heritage Provider Network full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Leadership programs with graduation,Entry training, Physical Health training with an instructor for anyone who is interested onsite, 9 paid holidays; memorial, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas, NYs Day, and your birthday, and one random winter holiday (if you don't take it you lose it)

    Cons

    Promotions rare, office culture stressed out, management stressed out, upper management can't help you, just do what you're suppose to do and you'll get by. Management rules by a Iron fist. Not a happy place to work but I need a paycheck and I'm one of those who manage to keep quiet, work, and leave to a happy home.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    creating more productivity equals the Genius that people have within themselves that can be cultivated into increased values. Creating the genius in a person, even if it's the number of calls they make to post hospitalized patients with empathy or recognition to the Internet Technology person who make our lives easier, should be within the scope of valuing your workers. It's not a big thing for management or Dr. Merkin to do But it makes a world of difference to that person who has a smile now on their face, thus more creativity, achievement, and in the end, a better place to work. The great Deepak Chopra states, "60% of work time should be play or playful."
