I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than an year)

Hertz is a competitive workplace that rewards you for all of your hard work. It is challenging and keeps you on your toes along with offering rapid advancement. This is a great place to start a career because it will give you all the tools you need for you future career with Hertz, another organization, or starting your own business.

So far I have not experienced many cons. I would say that running a tight fleet can be aggravating but again part of the challenge and it helps you learn how to better maintains your fleet size. Also having to deal with irritated customers is another con but that comes with any business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what your doing! Newer fleet in the off-airport market would be appreciated!
