    quick advancement, promote from with-in, nice new car to drive daily, free gas


    older employees let go….lay-offs, young mgt team, bad daily calls made, direction is do or die.
    RVPs leave a lot to be desired…..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Remember where they started and the culture 10 years ago, listen to the employees. Stop mapping life out and live.
