    I worked at Hertz

Staff for the most part were great. Hours had some flexibility to them. You always ended up doing many different jobs so you didn't get bored easily.

Managers were getting burned out and quite. Several of the best ones quit. Managers unable to control bookings locally and during the summer you were either turning customers away or making them wait! Two very deadly sins for customer retention and satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction survey was a joke. It was all related to revenue and gave managers no direction to improve customer service which was usually sabotaged by the overbooking situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management need to go to Business School! They also need to work at the front desk sometime like they do in Undercover Boss to realize that they have some serious issues to address!!
