    Pros

    Love working from home, great benefits, coworkers have become great friends

    Cons

    Unrealistic goals, schedule Changes every 3 months, lots of off days with vacation, lta, floating holiday and trades but always blacked out and hard to schedule. I had 3 weeks a vacation saves but received a warning because the dates I needed off for a funeral where in blackout.

    Advice to Management

    If you are good to your employees they will work better for you. We work long ad crazy hours and for those of us on the phone we talke nonstop our full shift to customers. Once an employee is frustrated or discouraged it will show thru their "smiles" on the phone. There needs to be more flixabiliy in schedules, maybe some floaters. Mentors and coaches need be positive without putting wmployees on the spot with their "negative" questions
