    I have been working at Hertz full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Diverse workplace, offering a multitude of different tasks and experiences.
    Ability to gain tremendous amount of workplace experience including fields of critical thinking, sales, customer interaction, etc.
    Offers good and steady pay.
    Multiple opportunities for growth and promotion.
    Consistent company growth with correlating changes that keep the company fresh and ahead of competitors.

    Cons

    Very busy and difficult at times, especially during holiday seasons.
    Sometimes limited number of resources, making employees work extra hard to ensure excellent customer service.
    At times there is a disconnect between flow of daily operations and corporate offices, making it difficult to complete certain tasks and obtain certain necessities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Items or fields such as aging fleet, changing compensation, and lack of labor power can cause tremendous burden to employees and other staff. These are areas of opportunity that if corrected at a steady but appropriate pace, will alleviate multiple problems in operations. However the company is very good at acknowledging certain problems and issues and has always showed a great deal of attention and effort to strive toward appropriate changes. As a whole, the company is ever growing, allowing great opportunities for all employees to grow with the company.
