    Pros

    Good pay with an opportunity to earn a nice bonus incentive every month. Great benefits including use of a company car and no charge for fuel, insurance included. You will get promoted if you put in the work.

    Cons

    If staffing is short then the environment can get stressful as customers are very demanding which can push your customer service skills to the limit. Upper management can be blunt and harsh at times.

    Advice to Management

    Eliminate policies that discipline for sales performance and let the Branch Managers determine if employees are executing not just the sales process but all other aspects of the business. Think of a more solid training program for each level after MT so people know their job responsibilities.
