    I have been working at Hess Corporation full-time for more than 3 years


    They hire ex-offenders with much fuss, you will not be passed over here because of that. They offer second chances to all those who are truly looking for one.


    As with all jobs to those reentering the job market, the pay is low and not too competitive. Promotion is their but, is limited to who they want, not those that want it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Chances to those who want it, not just those who you deem fit, and the chance to move to other stations where chances are better. Manager put together a winning team, at the expense of holding people back, only to have them quit.
