    I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    best years on my life when I started with this companies in 2000 until 2010

    Cons

    internal politics, people that tought they are invincible inside and put the company in very sensitive situation

    Advice to Management

    give more liberty to individual contributors and put better systems that could really show employee's efforts and engagement. try to improve HR (I made them when i was hired and ten twelve years later when I was fired:))
