A lot of great perks like a company car, gas card, phone...etc. The pay isn't bad either.
They never listen to the tech s in the field. Upper management has lost sight of customer service. They make unrealistic SLA and then get upset when the techs cant meet the requirement. They are more concerned with administrative paperwork than they are taking care of their customers... it is a shame because most of their customers are really just trying to be successful.
Advice to Management
CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE YOUR TOP PRIORITY......
