    Really great products and engineering


    "Goofed up" leadership - f or example while I was at HP they "ramped up" headcount for the same position and then determined they hired too many (workforce reduction). It was a sign to me that they didn't know their business well enough!

    Let things stay in place long enough for sales to get "traction"
