    Pros

They pay well, have a lot of opportunities, and used to allow people to work remotely. They gave me a good living while I was there and I met some great people.

    Cons

Senior management has now cracked down on working remotely, they are laying people off left and right, jobs are being off-shored and I was not well recognized for my contributions. The management likes to place blame on the employees instead of looking in the mirror. Plus, for being the largest IT supplier in the world, their IT systems are horrible. It is very difficult to receive data that can help improve processes. Senior management is more worried about how they look to Wall Street than how they look to employees.

    Advice to Management

People will not perform better because they are afraid of being laid off. The culture has changed from the "family" style I heard of in past years to one of constant restructure and layoffs. There is no loyalty from the company to the employees, so how can you demand it of the employees to the company?
