Right now, during the split of Hewlett-Packard to Hewlett Packard Co & HP, Inc., it is an unstable place to be. HP as it is today will not exist as of Nov. 1, 2015. There is no way to predict what changes there may be yet to com.
It never feels like home.
Advice to Management
Stick up for your support staff, sales reps, regional reps and extended staff. With all the changes going on, now is a good time for assurances.
