    There's great company recognition
    The benefits still slightly better than competitors
    Large IT partnership gives you opportunities for limited training
    There are opportunities for career advancement/career field if you are inclined to do so.


    There's a "race to the middle" regarding employee pay and benefits. They were close to being industry leading.
    Lots of "required" training for consultants, but never a budget to get it to them. How is that possible in a 100 billion dollar company?
    There seems to be a shift away from customer focus

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    It's still a great place to work, but some of the management structure needs to be replaced in order to re-focus on the customer.

    There's no budget for required training.
