I have been working at High 5 Games full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Senior management is open to new ideas, lets us flex creative muscles. Good people around you. Greenwich Village neighborhood is a great place to work.

    Cons

Is it a startup? is it a mature company? Direction can change on a whim. Producers are more focused on schedules than on helping to make great games.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Giving employees some ownership or other long term incentives for helping to grow the company would be a nice motivator.

Can we try making other types of games?
