I worked at Hill & Knowlton full-time (more than 5 years)

GREAT people. Smart, friendly and just genuine. Clients are good but a lot of stalwart clients have left. Open opportunities to sink your teeth into what you want. Energy, technology and crises are big. I owe everything I know to the wonderful mentors I've had there.

This agency was so damn exceptional before the merger but has really fallen hard. Remaining HK legacy leadership is awesome but many GREAT people have left. Before they would leave for in house opps. Now they are leaving fir rival agencies. Morale was down when I left. Even the most enthusiastic were discouraged. Pay is low and promotions are selected from small list.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to the drawing board. Youve got a good core but the merger ripped our original structure. A great agency has fallen because of this. Its so sad because I truly loved it there for a long time.
