    I have been working at Hilton Grand Vacations full-time (less than an year)


    The name Hilton & the employee room rates. The possibility of moving laterally within company after 6 months.


    Inflated commission structure, constant changes to schedule, 95% weekends only not full time. Must drive all over Southern CA many times without mileage reimbursement, must be 45 miles out of Center of Whittier for any allowances. Must have timeshare mentality to bark out at potential customers walking bye at trade shows. Management blames lack of sales on teams pitch. If your not just like the management then your not doing a good enough job! Decisions for the trade shows must be analyzed better many times wrong audience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give honest answers to your employees don't inflate the potential commissions. Make a schedule and keep to it. Listen to your employees suggestions.
