    I worked at Hinckley Company

    Great employee discount
People are excellent at mfg. plant in Trenton, ME

Sr. Mgmt. are not boat builders and do not know anything about building a yacht.
The President formerly worked at Zoots (now bankrupt) dry cleaners
The VP of Finance really runs the company and extremely difficult to work with
Constant layoffs when they do not have orders
    Continue to decrease benefits
Review turnover and that will give you some idea of not to work here

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to care about your employees. Take a cut in pay before you layoff everyone.
