This company puts out a good product, however it's management stinks.

I worked at Hitchiner Manufacturing full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Standard aerospace materials house using the latest technologies and making a very good product.

    Cons

The management suffers from the "good ole boy" scenario where the best and smartest workers leave after experiencing this and the ones that are left are "in the club"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No advice. The issues that exist are those that are part of small high-tech companies. Very hard to change.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
