    I worked at Hogan Lovells

Great compensation for overtime. Easy to save money (since you're always in the office). Delicious in-house cafeteria and a good core of Co workers

Training program is trial and error, which isn't the worst thing in the world until you get virtually ignored oncenter the newest batch of new-hires need to be trained. Very high turnover in a massive department spread over five cities in four countries, difficult to manage and no real sense of cohesiveness.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire a full-time new hire trainer.
