    Pros

Team work is the backbone of the company at the community level and it works most of the time. If the players are willing to communicate and work together.

    Cons

The mixture of the management does not always work and makes for a tension filled workplace. Upper management does not communicate with all management members and it makes it difficult to do your job. This failure to communicate has many consequences.

    Advice to Management

    Communication, Communication, Communication.
