I have been working at Home Office full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    The salary is very good.
Work with an extremely diverse workforce.
    Excellent pension scheme.
    Opportunity to join different teams.
Undertaking casework is interesting - use problem-solving and analysis skills and employ sound judgement when making decisions.

    Cons

    Extremely anti-social hours.
This leads to a poor work-life balance.
    Work can sometimes be monotonous.
Can sometimes feel a bit nepotistic, and success can sometimes be based on who you know rather than what you know.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a keener interest in the well-being of your staff. Cutting breaks etc does not positively affect morale or efficiency.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
