    Pros

    Most of the People are nice to work with.

    Cons

    Every department is in it for themselves, no one wants to change and try something new when its obvious the old way of doing things is going to shutting them down. People can do what they want without real fear of any consequence. So much pressure and stress people are walking out the door., General Manager plays favorites and plays people. Service Manager was thrown the position with no real training and it shows. None of the managers stand up and say whats needed they just take the unrealistic expectations dictated by corporate. Corporate does not understand how the branch works and this is partly due to the general manager sticking to the old way of doing pest control. CSR'S can be moody and yell at techs. and sometimes treat the customers bad. One CSR is notorious for doing this. CSR manager is a nice person but when it comes to any kind of confrontation she shutters and won't try to really control the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There are soooo many problems with this branch it is not even funny. We even had one girl go to the E.R. because she couldn't take the pressure of having to deal with the unrealistic expectations and the nastiness of one of the other CSR'S. Either the managers here have to take things into their hands or this branch will fall. There needs to be more order and way less conflict. Everyone turns on each other and everyone eventually stabs another in the back if it means they look better than the other person. If these managers don't stand up, then get some managers that will, there are some people with some fresh ideas but the General Manager does not seem all that open to hearing them. EVERYONE WAS AND IM SURE IS TIRED. You push them to the bone with very little understanding. The branch is understaffed in techs and CSRS so if a tech misses one day of work they cant even use their sick day because the service manager makes them work Saturdays in order to make it up, Cant even blame it on him either because there isn't enough help to take on the extra jobs if someone needs to miss a day or two. Honestly they need to get HR in there and start to figure out whats going on, Also, because of many of the problems it's obvious that the branch is the red headed step child of all the branches. Many workers thought they were trying to actively shut the branch down with the unrealistic expectations with no help.
