I have been working at Homebase Limited (Less than a year)
- Staff Discount - All the colleagues ( Minus the senior management) - Very quick to be trained and continual training is an option
- You have to fulfill targets on RPC and Homebase Cards or you eventually get sacked. - The systems are outdated and can often lead to errors which frustrate customers - The Management only seem to care about profits and not customer satisfaction.
Advice to Management
Stop setting unreasonable targets for financials. It cannot be helped if a customer simply doesn't want to take out any finance option so stop blaming the staff.
