Former Employee - Server in Katy, TX

I worked at Hooters full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The money was really good, and I loved working with my friends. Flexible schedule unless they were under staffed ( which was almost always) Worked with this company for 3 years.

    Cons

management was almost always bad, worked there for three years and never had any advancement. Our store was always under staffed so hours would be long, & no breaks. Also if you work for this company, learn to tolerate creepy old drunk men-all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

hire more qualified managers who actually cared about there workers and not just the $ in there pocket!
