I have been working at Hospital Corporation of America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Dedicated team of professionals, fair compensation, travel, treated with respect by peers and managers

    Cons

When conducting training, or implementations at newly acquired facilities, have some empathy for those new employees that are worried about their jobs and the impact that an acquisition will have on their new role with the company. Be respectful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Without all your stakeholders, team members that are in the field promoting and putting their best forward for your organization, It's important to acknowledge folks as you walk through your facilities, from the EVS staff to Sr. Leadership. They all make it possible to keep business moving forward- it's important that the "culture" of our organization is not only welcoming and patient centered, but that we respect our own staff as well.
