    Great culture and company vision. Emphasis on ethics, work life balance and continuing education support.


    There is a lack of competitive compensation and promotion from within. Company policies developed to reduce employee abuse of leap frogging through promotions to gain an increase in salary have caused the inability for legitimate increases to be awarded from within and now employees question whether they should leave and come back just to be able to be hired back on at the desired promoted position for the greater amount of pay that would be offered to a new hire rather than from within. There is a disconnect to rewarding loyalty.
