I worked at Hospital Corporation of America part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Only one office was comfortable to be at. The other was very uncomfortable, and you almost felt as if everyone was talking behind your back.

    Cons

    They need more comunication.
If they don't like something about you, they need to tell you.
If you need to fix something, they need to let you know.
They don't give you warnings! they just make up reasons to fire people if they don't like you.
I will no longer be a patient either.
    Now it's to uncomfortable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If your going to let someone go for doing something that everyone that works their does, dont just single out one person fire them all.. it looks really bad on the practice manager. And your not being fair. Concidering everyone their texts and talks to the patient and they are not suppose to. In my case I was talking personally to a friend. It was nobodies business. she was not an OB patient at the time of our conversation. Anyone can look up their own due date.
