    Pros

A few good brands. Helpful staff and an opportunity interact with customers.

    Cons

Management treat team lack empathy, people skills. They use intimidation and threats to manipulate staff. Some are down right rude. Gossip about staff and abuse their position. All they care about is opening account cards. Most of the team are unhappy and feel unappreciated. Their departments are not covered and staff are over worked and can not deliver good service due to minimum hours they work on. They expect you stay and work extra, yet will not pay you. If you don't open an account card your days are numbered and they bully you to do so. Nothing is confidential and the HR team are not helpful. If your face fits your in with the clique.

    Advice to Management

Need to listen to your team, rather than break them down. Invest in your people through support and reward and recognise good work. Don't just display your good side when you have a visit from your bosses. you operate with a them and us culture and treat concessions with disrespect at times and expect them to cover our own brands. You need to review why you have a high staff turn over and take an invested interest in the team that make the run day to day. Walking around an intimidating staff and not taking time to communicate does not make you a leader. Take a leaf out of successful companies that appreciate their team. its a shame as there are good embasders among you. The values that state you have need to be seen in managers first. Lead by example please.
