I have been working at Howard University full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Offers flexible work schedule, generous time off as accrued, tuition assistance, retirement plan, and medical insurance plan including quality education.

    Cons

Administrative staff are under paid and many finds other means to supplement their income in order to earn a livable wage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Needs to increase morale among staff and one way to do that is increase pay and treated staff like faculty.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
