I have been working at Hub Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Very professional place to work. Good work environment pay can be better , not much of a choice for benifits

    Cons

Some of the management are two-faced. Some of them try to play there workers against another by down talking to other worker about them. They do not appreciate talent. People that are useless are kept for no reason.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more training and development programs. Don't over work your staff to the point where they cannot respond to issues in a timely manner. Pay people what they're worth.
