    I worked at Hubbell Lighting full-time (more than an year)


    Great Company, Great location, Great Building and room for growth. oh Free Coffee...(I had to think hard)


    Absolutely authoritarian- Manager and Director's approach- "It is my way or the high way". They waste a lot of money on travel, when the same work can be done via webex or conference calls. They do not value People or their families. No flexibility in work hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Due to some bad apples in the management, the company will get a bad rap and loose key people (but wait they don't care, because they can get the temporary workers from offshore vendors to dance to their tunes). Managers -place value into what your employees say- many times they have more knowledge, and educational qualifications than you.
