    I have been working at Huffington Post full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Tech Team is full of good people who work work hard and generally do good work. Probably a great place to work as a first job or as a junior level person.

    Cons

    The top-level managers are too busy blaming each other to make needed steps towards a brighter future. Forward thinking folk are made to feel as though they are below people who are single-minded with an overly narrow focus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop fighting with each other and start integrating with each other. There is so much talent in that tech team, but there is serious failure to allow people to succeed. Listen more, please.
