I have been working at Huge full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Client roster is insane - incredible brands and companies. The work is strong - from big websites to great apps to digital/physical and in-store digital. Very creative, innovative, awesome design and UX. Technology getting better. Newer capabilities, like business strategy and innovation area, are great. Agency moves fast... hires and investments are made quickly. Seems to be a flat organization. People are smart, generally friendly and collaborative. Work gets done. Reputation of agency seems strong... the RFPs flow in. Managers seem to care about work/life balance - they are mindful of 40-hour work weeks.

    Cons

A little disorganized and chaotic, almost like it's on purpose. Kind of hard to tell where people sit in the office. People are very busy - hard to get on schedules or catch colleagues live. You get the typical multi-office agency stuff - not every office knows what the others are doing all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep investing, keep growing, keep communicating. It really is a unique environment and fun to be a part of. More sharing of work, case studies, new business, hires, etc. between offices.
