I have been working at Hult International Business School as a contractor (More than 3 years)
Only a student base from around the world (which is also a con too see below)
1) nearly open admissions policies (compared to highly selective schools in the top tier) so the classrooms tend to be disproportionately skewed towards intellectually challenged students and those unwilling to do what it takes to succeed in a one year accelerated program, 2) students even in electives prior to graduation lack the basic skills which required me as faculty to teach the basics prior to advancing to the elective topics, 3) administrators tend to come and go quickly (many fired) and many tend not to know what they are doing (or unwilling) especially when it comes to elevating learning for all students (and as an experienced faculty I tried to advise them in addition to students doing the same but our pleas were usually ignored with regard to curriculum or faculty changes), 4) administrators are also highly political obeying the rule of the most senior administrators e.g. Deans whose primary interest it seems is pushing to the point of threatening if you don't provide grades that meet 2.85/4.0 minimum class GPA, 5) administrators who humiliate faculty or don't tell the truth (and yes when confronted some managers apologized and sometimes offered excuses but I was not satisfied in the end). Due to these factors and more, I have quit working at Hult.
Advice to Management
Actually Advice to the Board of Directors: Fire all Senior Managers (including the President and the Global Deans) and rehire all administrators who are true empathetic team players with faculty and students. And hire administrators who will always act ethically, charitably and with egalitarian reasoning and not just the profit motive.
