I worked at Hult International Business School full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great growth opportunity for recent grads. EF/Hult values enthusiasm, aptitude, and results more than degrees or experience. Young staff makes it fun for recent grads. Opportunity to meet and work with people around the world. Travel benefits. The marketing machine!

    Cons

High turnover. No work-life balance. Below market pay. Sink or swim, little to no mentorship, and very few grown ups to teach you the ropes. (I've hear that upper management has gotten a lot better, i.e. they've hired grown ups.) Don't be fooled by the non-profit status; EF/Hult is very profit driven!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Strike a balance between experience and enthusiasm: hire more grown ups who can mentor younger enthusiastic staff. Hire more staff period so your staff can have a life. Invest in your employees: set up a formal mentorship/career path program.
