I have been working at Humana full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Vacation time is good, there are a few small wellness perks that are good. The low level workers are nice.

    Cons

No possibility for advancement unless you are a loud mouthed know it all or major kiss up to anyone that has a heart beat. Pay is well below the industry standard and the executives are the only ones that reap the profits with huge bonuses and incentives while the lower level employees work every weekend and nights using outdated ridiculous systems and lacking technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find out what is really going on down in the trenches and do something about it. Consider upgrading systems instead of exhausting your employees to near death.

    Doesn't Recommend
