I have been working at Hunter Engineering Company full-time

I don't think anything is good about this company.

1 Phone interview, 2 On-Site interviews with three people interviewing both the times and 4 assessment tests. They keep stressing on experience even for entry level jobs. They should learn how to post job descriptions clearly. My scores were impressive for three of the four assessment tests and one was almost average, so they rejected me saying I did not do well on that one test and I didn't have enough experience. Well, nobody is perfect. Everyone has room for improvement. If you want perfect people, I hope you start manufacturing them along with your products. So my question is why did the company even bother to call me? Interviewers don't know what they talk about most of the time and are not considerate of your time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making insulting comments when you are interviewing someone. One of the VP's on the second Onsite interview entered the room saying, " Still no job huh? No one wants to hire you?" in an arrogant tone. Stop feeling superior during the interviews. You are not doing anyone a favor by hiring, in fact you're doing it because you lack employees on your team. I can guess why! Senior management should learn humility and manners first. Looks like experience and accomplishments get to your head pretty quickly.
