I have been working at Husqvarna full-time (more than an year)

Good people and a relaxed atmosphere. Managers are typically very understanding of work/life balance. Essentially, get your work done and they're not worried about your comings and goings. Plenty of opportunities to raise your hand and take on additional responsibilities. Historic company (325 years old this year) with fantastic and innovative products. Global presence and thus opportunities to travel (in certain roles).

Very thinly staffed - everyone is expected to handle many responsibilities, even those outside of your job description. There is no on boarding process whatsoever. You spend a couple hours with HR learning about benefits and then hit the ground running. Little to no ongoing training. Salaries are below market averages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest more in your people, both managers and "ground floor" employees. Managers need more people management training and everyone else needs the career and personal development that will enable them to grow and contribute at a higher level.

    Positive Outlook
