    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    - Good training to start with - Make friends with co-workers - Good location for lunch

    Cons

I cannot begin to describe the type of regime this company has put into place. -NOT a professional environment at all – inappropriate comments/ yelling/ vulgarity from upper management. -Upper management SWEARS and SCOLDS you in front of the entire office. -You cannot even be 1 minute late. 9:01 arrival and you are punished. -They only allow one break (1PM-2PM). NO coffee or snack BREAKS. -The day starts at 9AM and should end at 6PM, but they expect you to stay later. -Doctor’s appointments, home emergencies means you have to take a day off out of your holiday. -There are office rotations on who has to cover the phones at night and at lunch. -Management uses a patronizing tone in any situation they feel they are right. -Upper management BAD MOUTHS other employees. -Awful pay – they sell you a dream that you will have an above average salary but you have to work for years to get there. -Bad client relationships because you are forced to SPAM your clients. -No room to speak, breathe, or even live your life. -The list will go on………………………………. If you don’t have a problem with any of the above things I listed and love being micro-managed, disrespected, and scrutinized by upper management, then this is the place to work. Otherwise, my advice is to use their training program for the first few months and learn how to do things quickly THEN leave to another company. I do not recommend anyone to work in this environment for any longer than 4 months.

    Advice to Management

Take the $ signs out of your eyes - stop viewing your employees as your year's bonus check.
