I have been working at Hyatt full-time

    Pros

Fun people, exciting industry, decent benefits, free hotel stays (if you ever have enough time off work or money to travel and actually use them-- I don't.)

    Cons

Unflexible low wages, favoritism, office cliques.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reconsider what you are willing to offer your employees for compensation. No one who works 40-hours a week at a company they have been with for over 3 years should be earning so little. Even the management staff is grossly underpaid. For a company that prides itself on being a "people brand" you ought to realize that people can't afford to live off such remarkably low wages.
