    The managers take a lot of stress of you when you have to deal with guest problems. You get health benefits, comp nights, 401K plans, paid time off, and a lot of other things.


    You have to deal with corporate standards, which may not help your location, and constant changing of managers.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees about things that will help them do there job better.
