I worked at Hyatt full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

the hyatt free stays ability to move around if you want to

    Cons

salary- on a 40 hour work week but managers have to work a minimum of 50, and its always closer to 60-70 hours a week. No bonuses or incentives for managers raises are pathetic, 2-3% at best They do not promote from within

    Advice to Management

promote from within, give opportunities to those who have worked hard for over 7 years for you. Stop the political nonsense, it shouldn't be who's butt you kiss but how hard someone works for you.
