Good people to work with. A vast amount of knowledge. Administrative inferno has been lessened in small increments.
More work is needed in making viable changes. Changes to benefit the member airlines are happening faster than changes that will benefit and enhance employee conditions. Recognition of the Band A and Band B levels is not fairly evaluated. These people are the ones that know most if not all of the internal processes and procedures of the company. How would IATA operate without these people?
Advice to Management
Look around the Senior Management Team, when was the last time anyone of them was either let go or left on their own accord? Start with HC, Finance and Corporate Planning, they do not run the company.
