I have been working at IBM full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Huge investment in your developing career, support from every possible angle if you are willing to put the effort in. I came in as a grad and was thrown in at the deep end in terms of work responsibility, but by using the IBM network of people I was able to learn on the job and develop my career.

    Cons

Very process based company - owing mostly to its size. Therefore some things feel slightly archaic.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
