    Pros

None - moving jobs offshore to balance the bottom line - the only way they know how. Quarterly layoffs for the last 4+ years when they announce the loss for that quarter.

    Cons

You can be recognized at a "top performer" at review time, but get no raise, no promotion, and still get laid off because CEO level management can't run the company.

    Advice to Management

Woman up and leave the company. You're a failure, have been a failure since you've been in charge, and will always be a failure.
