    I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 5 years)


    flexible schedule smart people the work is not boring - hard to keep up with everything


    too many people work from home every quarter there are changes to you accounts and products you cover not enough time to build relationships with your clients

    Advice to Management

    I actually agree with the most recent changes but I think they could have made consultants feel like more of the process rather than just be directed where you were moving
