Benefits were top-notch, best I have ever had, while I was there. Work-life balance was incredible. The people with whom I worked were some of the best.
Management was awful. No direction, little to no advancement. Minimal pay raises. Bonuses were eliminated for US employees but it was soon learned that managers did not lose their bonuses - this was a seriously negative impact on morale.
Advice to Management
Let the people you hire do their jobs. Quit allowing the political back-stabbing. Invest in up-to-date technology - computers, software products for time-tracking, etc.
